Coach Connie is a brown belt belt under Professor Ron Jacobs. She started her Jiu Jitsu journey in 2017 after her daughter enrolled at a small gym in Central Virginia. Several years later, now Connie and both of her kids train regularly, competing throughout the East Coast. Connie brings a diverse array of knowledge and experience to the mats and she enjoys the challenge of competition but is most driven by her passion to share Jiu Jitsu through coaching. She is dedicated to building women’s presence on the mat as the only female adult's program coach in the area and supports Blackstone Jiu Jitsu's Kid Program.
