Whitney Foster

Coach Whitney is a dedicated assistant kids' coach with a passion for helping young athletes grow in their jiu jitsu journey. She began training in 2023 as a way to bond with her daughter and quickly fell in love with the sport. After two years of hard work and dedication, Whitney earned her Blue Belt under Professor Ron Jacobs in the Butch Hiles Association.

With a patient and encouraging teaching style, Coach Whitney enjoys working with kids, helping them develop confidence, discipline, and technical skills on the mats. She strives to create a fun and supportive environment where young students can thrive and build a strong foundation in jiu jitsu.

When she's not coaching or training, Whitney loves spending time with her family and continuing her own jiu jitsu journey supporting womens cross training events. She is a cruicial part of the coaching team and we appreicate her dedication to developing the next generation of grapplers!
